Role: Site Manager
Client: Main Contractor
Location: Greater Dublin
Sector: New build Commercial & Residential
Essentials: Proven experience as Site Manager delivering new build large-scale projects; minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience; main building contractor experience preferred.
Benefits: €80,000 - €90,000; company vehicle or travel allowance; company laptop and mobile phone; pension; life insurance and income protection;
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities, including direct labour and specialist subcontractors.
2. Support the Project Team in monitoring progress and achieving agreed programme milestones.
3. Ensure all works are delivered in line with quality standards, drawings, and specifications.
4. Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.
5. Coordinate closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to promote a positive, collaborative site culture.
6. Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain productivity and quality.
