A leading Irish Brand arelooking to hire a Head of Finance to join their dynamic and progressive companyto join their leadership team in helping to continue to manage and grow thecompany. The role will report directly to the MD and the board, and thesuccessful candidate will be involved from a strategic stand point while also ensuringa smooth running of the finance function.
The role responsibilitieswill include but not limited to:
· Ensuringaccurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial information to the managementteam and lead the review of actual operating statements· Supportthe preparation of statutory accounts, including engaging with externalauditors as required. · Prepare asummary explaining year on year movements on key financial statement lineitems, including explicit reference to any new line items· Monitoringfinancial performance and develop strategies to maximise financial performance · Developbusiness plans and forecast models to help the leadership team to make key decisionsaround managing / growing the business
Requirements· Hold aprofessional accounting qualification ( ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent) · Ambitiousprofessional with good commercial acumen who is keen to play a role on aleadership team· Goodpeople management and stakeholder management skills · Minimum of4 years PQE and experience in a commercial finance role would beneficial
