We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Department Administrator, based in Ennis, Co Clare.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, where you will play a key role in supporting clients, Scheduling and Sales team, ensuring a seamless process and high standard of service delivery to clients.
Position will report to Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound and inbound calls Maintain client portals to ensure daily updates are provided Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that all service requests and required works are addressed promptly Coordinate and schedule work by liaising directly with clients and the scheduling team Assist in the preparation of service contracts, including maintaining contract records and processing amendments.
Assist with weekly reporting Key Skills & Competencies: Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexible team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience Required: Previous experience in a busy office environment with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
