Job Description
As a Senior BMS/HVAC Engineer in Ireland, you will be responsible for maintaining building systems to keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable, and cost-efficient.
Your duties will include servicing critical building systems such as HVAC, building automation, and energy management, while building relationships with customers to understand their needs.
This field-based role primarily covers clients in the Dublin area, with occasional travel to Cork and Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, and interrogate Honeywell BMS controllers and field control systems.
Commission small automation and controls projects.
Conduct planned preventative maintenance tasks on control systems.
Monitor and adjust all energy-saving measures for building services.
Develop and sustain excellent customer relationships on site.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role with BMS systems, facilities maintenance, or mechanical and electrical engineering.
Willingness and ability to learn about new systems and operational procedures.
Good awareness of health and safety and related risk assessments.
Ability to troubleshoot and fault-find quickly to resolve reactive work efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to compile and complete reports.
