Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a 50 unit residential development in Cahir. This is a long-term opportunity with strong continuity of work in the region, including additional upcoming projects, offering real stability and progression within a well-established contractor.The Site Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role would suit someone who is confident managing residential builds and can drive performance on site while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site activities and ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specificationsManage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel effectivelyEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standardsWork closely with project management and design teams to resolve issues efficientlyMonitor project progress, quality, and productivity, reporting regularly to senior managementManage site logistics, materials, and resources to keep the project running smoothlyMaintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersKey RequirementsRelevant construction qualification or trade backgroundProven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor, ideally on residential projectsStrong track record of delivering projects from start to completionExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsStrong focus on health and safety and quality standardsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment
