We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to support our growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for solicitors
Prepare and format legal documents, letters, and reports
Maintain and update client files (physical and digital)
Handle filing with the Courts and other legal bodies
Client Interaction:
Greet clients and visitors professionally
Assist with client onboarding and documentation
Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in all client communications
Office Management:
Order and manage office supplies
Liaise with external vendors and service providers
Assist with billing and invoicing using legal accounting software
Compliance & Records:
Ensure compliance with GDPR and legal practice regulations
Maintain accurate records and archiving systems
Requirements
Proven experience in a legal or professional services environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems
Familiarity with Irish legal procedures and terminology
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Desirable
Experience in family law or litigation
Knowledge of legal billing software (e.g., MyClient365, LEAP, Keyhouse, or similar)
Qualification in legal studies or office administration
