Oroko Travel is expanding, and we're looking for an exceptional
Senior Travel Designer
to join our team.
This is a role for a true travel artisan — someone who thrives on designing complex, ultra-bespoke journeys for VIP and high-net-worth clients, while also helping to elevate standards, capability, and performance across the wider Travel Designer team.
The Role
As a Senior Travel Designer, you will:
* Act as a lead point of contact for VIP and HNW clients, delivering a highly personalised, discreet, and thoughtful service
* Build deep, long-term client relationships based on trust, understanding, and exceptional delivery
* Design and deliver complex, multi-country, luxury itineraries using elite global supplier networks
* Present tailored proposals that reflect exclusivity, creativity, and confidence
* Own VIP client journeys end-to-end, from concept to post-travel follow-up
* Oversee high-value bookings ensuring absolute accuracy across flights, accommodation, transfers, and private arrangements
* Collaborate closely with Business Support, Operations, Concierge, and preferred partners to ensure seamless delivery
* Share expertise, best practice, and product knowledge to help develop the wider Travel Designer team
* Play a visible role in upholding and evolving OROKO luxury service standards
What We're Looking For
* Significant experience in tailor-made travel design
* Proven success designing and delivering high-value, complex itineraries
* Experience working in account management role with VIP / HNW clientele
* Strong commercial track record (conversion, revenue, margin)
* Deep destination knowledge across multiple regions
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and service-driven

Qualifications
* Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Knowledge of luxury travel destinations and industry trends is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
