Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from advertising, screening and interviewing. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales talent acquisition teams to identify job requirements and create job descriptions that attract top talent.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">
* Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment process from advertising, screening and interviewing.
">
* Candidate Management: Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and keep them informed of their application status.
">
* Insights: Provide key data insights on the volume of applications in the recruitment process and ensure they are being progressed through the onboarding journey as quickly as possible.
">
* Candidate Engagement: Coordinate and conduct informative presentations detailing the recruitment process and benefits of working with us at further and higher education institutions across the Republic of Ireland.
">

Requirements:

">
* Previous experience in a clerical, office administration or sales role.
">
* Access to own transport and a full driver's licence.
">
* Ability to travel as part of the role nationwide to colleges and open days as they arise.
">
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and public speaking skills.
">
* Strong presentation skills.
">
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
">
* Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven.
">
* Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
">
* Ability to work in a highly competitive environment.
">
* Solid computer skills across MS including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
">
