Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing Irish brokerage, is currently seeking an experienced Insurance professional with at least an APA qualification. This is more than just a job—it's a real chance to join a business that values your development and invests in your future.
You'll be part of a supportive and dynamic team, working across Personal Lines to manage renewals, amendments, and customer queries while helping to cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products.
My day to day:
* This role is all about managing client insurance needs from start to finish. You’d be responsible for things like renewing policies, handling any mid-year changes, and managing claims, all while making sure everything is done according to set processes and standards.
* You’d also have your own income target to hit, which usually comes from renewals, upselling, or cross-selling additional insurance products. On top of that, you’d support an Account Director either with specific clients or on an ad hoc basis when needed.
* Another part of the role involves keeping track of any unpaid premiums, making sure payments are collected on time, and staying on top of audit and compliance requirements.
So overall, it's a good mix of client servicing, admin, commercial targets, and working as part of a team. It's ideal for someone who enjoys both the relationship side of insurance and the technical/commercial elements.
Your profile:
* APA in Commercial Insurance
* Experience in an Insurance role within a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Relay is beneficial
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
* A team player with a customer-first approach
* Willingness to grow, learn, and adapt in a changing environment
