A Day in the Life
The Structural Heart and Aortic (SH&A) Integrated operating unit offer minimally invasive approaches to restore proper structure and function of the heart and the aorta. We focus on the transcatheter replacement or repair of the four heart valves – aortic, pulmonic, mitral, tricuspid – and the placement of stent grafts to treat aneurysms and dissections of the body's largest artery, the aorta.

A Day in The Life Of:
* Participate in all areas supporting the development, co-ordination, implementation and monitoring of the OU operating mechanisms including meetings and business reviews, monitoring, and tracking KPI's.
* Support team initiatives for continuous improvement.
* Support travel arrangements, expense management, visitor and internal meeting management for the SH&A leadership team.
* Support the SH&A R&D leadership team in developing effective updates and presentations to continuously improve communication and branding across the organization.
* Support the deployment and training of new tools and systems for ease of work.
* Upskill on Medtronic Operating Systems to support program and functional asks within the operations team.
* Communicate effectively across internal stakeholders in global sites and functions.
* Lead and support small scale projects on functional/business initiatives as they arise.
* Collaborate with cross site project coordinators who support SH&A.
Key Skills & Experience
* 4+ years of project coordinator and/or administrative experience
* Level 8 degree advantageous
* Experience with quality/engineering documentation and/or management systems within a large multinational organisation
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders within a large organisation
* Take initiative to innovate and develop operating mechanisms that improve the overall team performance
* Experience of executing on key projects/events within high performing teams
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to develop warm cross functional and cross site relationships
* Great organizational, presentation and project management skills
