Our philosophy centres on excellent service, simple yet creative menus, and supporting Irish artisan suppliers.We're seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our Rathmines kitchen and drive our menus with a focus on seasonal ingredients, sustainability, and creative cooking with international influences.The RoleAs Head Chef, you'll oversee all kitchen operations at our Rathmines location (60+ seater restaurant, open 10am–10pm daily).
