OverviewArchitectural Project ManagerArchitectural Project management and SupportResponsibilities include providing architectural support for architects, customers and other stakeholders in selecting, detailing and specifying Reynaers products suitable for projects; assessing and presenting optimal solutions from the Reynaers range; promoting systems through cross sectional drawings, thermal analysis and acoustic analysis; assisting customers with preferred suppliers and BER and SEAI declarations to close out technical support requests; providing technical submission support for customers and developers at pre- and post-construction stages; and coordinating customer and client visits to the Enniscorthy offices and factory.
Architectural support for architects, customers, etc in selecting, detailing and specifying Reynaers products suitable for their projects.
Project assessment and presentation for optimal solutions from the Reynaers range suitable for the project and nature of the proposed development.
Promotion of systems through cross sectional drawings, thermal analysis and acoustic analysis.
Assisting and supporting the customer in the areas of utilising preferred suppliers where necessary and BER and SEAI declarations to assist customers in closing out technical support requests.
Technical submission support for customers and developers at pre and post construction stages.
Assist and manage customer and client visits to the offices and factory at Enniscorthy.
Inhouse technical support
Responsible for the upkeep of documentation when advised by RAD and Declaration of Performance (DOP) support.
Management of technical library and responsible for maintaining all relevant training logs.
Assist booking and organisation of all relevant training sessions.
Maintain and manage Reynaers sample library of products, keep a log of samples on loan and manage their safe transportation and collection.
Manage colour swatch sample sourcing and distribution to customers and architects in support of project activity.
Reporting
Keep Salesforce up to date for promotional and project enquiries.
Attend team meetings to provide updates.
Maintain accurate numbers on enquiries including type of enquiry for monthly submission to assist in tracking trends to aid product development demands and mix.
Who are you?Architectural Project Manager
2-3 years of architectural/engineering office/project management experience including a strong understanding of architectural detailing and BER and SEAI declarations.
Proven experience in managing projects from pre-construction to post-construction, including technical submissions and client communication. Experience with project assessment and solution presentation is crucial.
Possess technical proficiency with the ability to use and maintain technical documentation and libraries. Experience with a CRM system similar to Salesforce is essential.
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to manage technical libraries, sample logs, training sessions, and documentation.
Have a client focus and possess the ability to assist and support customers, architects, and developers effectively.
Ability to work as part of a team with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proactive & Self-Motivated with keen attention to detail and proven analytical ability.
