About the Role
This role assists with the review of financing arrangements, business plans/projections, and financial statements. It involves managing and executing real estate capital raises (debt & equity), ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
The successful candidate will analyse and evaluate real estate development and investment funding opportunities, providing data-driven insights to inform the development of funding and capital structures.
They will also assist with the preparation of option papers and information memorandums to support new capital and/or refinance existing capital structures.
Beyond this, they will build relationships with a diverse range of clients, including investors, developers, and other professionals. They will source new deals and contribute to our strategic growth by creating compelling business cases.
Collaboration with colleagues across Ireland and our global network is essential to maximising opportunities.
About You
* You must have proven experience related to the Real Estate sector in corporate finance / banking / investment banking / family office or similar environment.
* You should possess strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
* Proven project management skills and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks/projects at any one time are necessary.
* A personable team player with the ability to create confidence and trust with both colleagues and clients is ideal.
* ACA/CFA/ACCA qualification or equivalent is preferable.
