Electrical Engineer Manager is responsible for leading the electrical engineering team in project management, talent solutions, and commissioning qualification and validation services. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including high-level project and schedule management, electrical design and coordination, Delta V systems integration, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

* Project Management: Develop and manage the integrated master schedule for all electrical and controls-related deliverables.
* Design and Coordination: Lead the electrical design process for the facility, ensuring compliance with US electrical codes, GMP standards, and client specifications.
* Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of the process electrical infrastructure with the Emerson Delta V Distributed Control System (DCS).

The Electrical Engineer Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure project success, managing stakeholders, and resolving conflicts. Strong leadership skills are required, as well as experience working on large-scale capital projects within regulated environments.



1. Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budget planning.
2. Lead the electrical design and coordination process, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
3. Oversee the integration of critical systems, including Emerson Delta V and BMS.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working on large-scale capital projects within regulated environments.

Ideal Candidate:

* 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a management role.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
* Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
