We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our Pastry team.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Adare Manor, you can expect to be responsible for the following:
1. Handling multiple tasks in a busy banqueting, outside catering, and volume production environment, with attention to detail and presentation.
2. Remaining up to date with the latest culinary trends and translating ideas into efficient, consistent implementations.
3. Preparation and presentation of quality desserts, pastries, and bakery items.
4. Presentation and preparation of plated desserts and buffet setups.
5. Adhering to HACCP guidelines and maintaining general health and safety standards in the workplace.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised qualification in pastry and/or have at least 2 years' experience in 5-star hotels or quality-focused restaurants in a similar capacity.
