Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Vincent's Mahon, Co. Cork.
About the Role:
This is a Specific Purpose Contract (30 hours per week) where you will be responsible for managing and leading a diverse team of people to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Managing stock levels and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
* Leading and developing a high-performing team to meet sales targets
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Analyzing sales reports and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to establish and foster excellent working relationships with colleagues and customers
* Experience of managing / working with a diverse team of people
* Commercially aware and able to analyze sales reports to drive business growth
