About the Role As a Junior Project Manager, youll work alongside our experienced Project Managers to oversee multiple concurrent projectsguiding them from initial survey to successful completion. Youll build your leadership skills, deepen your technical knowledge, and become a crucial contributor to our dynamic team. Whether you're an Assistant PM or come from a construction, engineering, or operations background, this is your opportunity to transition into a more strategic, autonomous position with full support and mentorship. ?? Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Support client communications and ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Project Coordination: Assist in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across all sites. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor costs and contribute to budget tracking and analysis. Risk Management: Identify and resolve issues early using reports and site feedback. Quality Assurance: Review QA documents before client submission, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Health & Safety: Ensure safety compliance by reviewing RAMS and supporting safety-focused site operations. Documentation & Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed with weekly progress reports and maintain accurate project records. Continuous Improvement: Log corrective and preventative actions using our internal WI Systems. Supportive Admin Tasks: Provide ongoing administrative and strategic support to the PM and wider team. ?? What Were Looking For Previous experience as an Assistant PM or 24 years in a construction, engineering, or technical environment (desirable but not essential). Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities. Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ZOHO (or similar project management tools). Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred, but not essential). Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. ?? Why Join Us?
