An excellent opportunity has opened for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) main contractor based in Dublin.
You'll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking commercial team, supporting major engineering and construction projects across Ireland.
This role offers strong mentorship, hands-on project exposure, and long-term career progression within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the commercial team across all project phases
Assist with subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Prepare bills of quantities, tender risk analyses, and cost reports
Track project costs, budgets, and valuations
Liaise with project teams to ensure commercial targets are met
About You:
Degree in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Interest in working within the M&E / construction industry
NO work experience required
