About the Role
This is a senior leadership position that oversees the overall operations of a daytime café and catering company. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team as a key member.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations in the café including floor operations, customer service delivery, staffing, rotas, hiring, training, and sales.
* Oversee planning and coordination of the on-going growing catering arm including catering bookings, menu planning with head chef, logistics, stock levels, supplier relations, and cost controls.
* Lead, support, and motivate café and catering staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
Requirements:
* A self-motivated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer experience.
* Strong communication skills to deal with staff, customers, and suppliers.
* Proven management experience in café, hospitality, or catering management.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills to manage key business margins (KPIs).
