The group has 30 Heat Merchants branches and 12 Tubs & Tiles showrooms supported by a central warehouse and distribution hub based in Athlone.
The Group's business support services and technical design hub are based in offices in Athlone and Balbriggan.
Heat Merchants Group currently have an excellent opportunity for an Inventory Analyst to join the Inventory team at their Business Support Office in Athlone, Co Westmeath.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Central Branch Replenishment (CBR) team where you will be responsible for ensuring branch stock availability levels are maintained and that branches have the correct stock profile to cater for day to day sales.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Key Responsibilities
Approve CBR-generated requisitions and process daily orders to suppliers.
Upload branch-requested CBR amendments daily, ensuring compliance with set criteria.
Maintain and repair branch CBR ranges as required.
Prepare weekly Replacement Product Reports.
Execute approved stock adjustments based on reports.
Generate periodic Branch CBR Recalculation Reports.
Liaise with branch management to ensure timely approval and upload of recalculation reports.
Produce Branch-to-Central Distribution Centre (Feeder) return reports for scheduled stock returns.
Create Returns Reports for periodic supplier cleanses.
Investigate and process all branch-requested stock adjustments daily.

Additional Duties
Perform approved display and sample adjustments daily.
Update Branch & Group Inventory Analysis Files weekly.
Produce weekly CBR Availability and Group Inventory Reports.
Generate ad-hoc inventory reports as required.
Update monthly group sales figures for inventory reporting.
Maintain daily updates to CBR Live Range and related tables.
Liaise with ERP teams regarding CBR-related issues.
Prepare cycle count reports and 365 reports.
Support product redistribution processes.
Assist with group warranty returns operations.
PERSON SPECIFICATION

Basic IT literacy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and integrity.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in MS Access.
Experience with ERP systems.
Previous experience in a data analysis role.
