We are seeking a highly skilled Office Support Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to provide administrative support and contribute to our organization's success.


Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing office administration, finance, and other support services. They will work closely with our management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative tasks: emails, filing, scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping
* Payroll processing and maintaining accurate staff records
* Handling PRSI, PAYE, VAT documentation, and reporting
* Liaising with suppliers and staff
* Supporting management with day-to-day administrative tasks


Requirements:

* Prior secretarial or administration experience is essential
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT
* Experience in hospitality/pub environment is preferred but not essential
