Occupational Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Primary Care Team in County Clare.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing occupational therapy assessment and intervention to adult clients in the community, supporting participation in daily activities and promoting quality of life.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify client needs and develop effective intervention plans.
o Develop and implement client-centred intervention plans that promote functional independence and support participation in daily activities.
o Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external services to ensure seamless care coordination.
o Maintain high-quality clinical documentation to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
* Requirements:
o CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist is mandatory.
o Experience working with adult clients in primary care or community settings is desirable.
o Strong communication, organisational, and clinical reasoning skills are essential.
o A full driving licence and access to own transport is required.
