KNOW THE ROLE
The Assistant Store Manager leads the store and sales team to meet and exceed sales and KPIs, in compliance with all processes and guidelines. They promote brand engagement to clients to ensure the store reaches its full potential. They act as a representative of the Store Manager and fulfill tasks assigned by HQ/HO and the Store Manager.
* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the store.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
* Talent leadership and development:
* Create and maintain a positive work environment.
* Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
* Support the Store Manager in creating a team motivated, competent, and knowledgeable about fashion and luxury industries.
