Job Title: Breakfast Chef

Location: Riverside Park Hotel & Leisure Club
The Riverside Park Hotel prides itself on delivering high-quality, cooked-to-order breakfasts to a high volume of guests. We are looking for a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and high-standard kitchen environment while maintaining top-tier operational hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and cook all food to a high-quality standard
2. Work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen
3. Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
4. Ensure compliance with Fire, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Customer Care & Security policies
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume venue (preferred)
2. HACCP compliant
3. Passionate about producing high-quality food
4. A professional and friendly approach with a team-oriented attitude
5. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
6. A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
