We're seeking a skilledHR Generalistto join a dynamic team in Dublin on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across the full spectrum of HR functions.Key Responsibilities:Employee relations, handling queries and requests dailyRecruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staffAdministration of employee benefits (pension, medical insurance, etc.)Maintaining HR records, policies, and personnel filesSupporting payroll preparation and monthly HR reportingCoordinating training, internal communications, and CSR initiativesAssisting with employee appraisals and HR projectsWhat we're looking for:Degree in HR, business, or a related discipline (CIPD qualification a plus)Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislationExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Friendly, approachable, and highly organized with the ability to multitaskIf you're looking for a flexible, hands-on HR role where you can make a real impact, we want to hear from you
