Key Responsibilities:
* Support a wide range of maintenance and repair duties
* Assist skilled trades staff in delivering high-quality services
* Work as part of a customer-focused team
* Ensure safe working practices at all times
* Record and update job details using handheld technology
* Provide excellent communication and support to residents and clients
Requirements:
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Safe Pass and full driving licence desirable
