The role is mainly to work alongside experienced carpenters.

Key Responsibilities:
Support a wide range of maintenance and repair duties
Assist skilled trades staff in delivering high-quality services
Work as part of a customer-focused team
Ensure safe working practices at all times
Record and update job details using handheld technology
Provide excellent communication and support to residents and clients
Requirements:
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Safe Pass and full driving licence desirable
