Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial management team. As a Business Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, managing payroll and employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
The Role:
* Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial reports, including budget updates, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts
* Oversee the management of payroll, employee benefits, and other HR-related tasks
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including inventory and stock control data
* Liaise with auditors and ensure timely submission of statutory accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A recognized accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA
* Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP Business One
