We're seeking a Business Process Architect for our Order to Cash (O2C) Strategy & Transformation team to design smart processes, optimise systems, and support high-impact initiatives.What You'll DoDesign, document, and optimise processes to support company strategy.Gather and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for IT.Analyse and map "as-is" and "to-be" processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.Build scalable documentation and workflows.Lead structured process meetings and bridge communication between business and IT.Use customer and data insights to define problems and support change.Work closely with development teams to align requirements and testing.What you eneedBachelor's degree in Business or related field.3+ years in process analysis, improvement, or business operations; O2C experience is a plus.Strong multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to influence across teams and drive projects to completion.
