About the Role:
A specialist professional services firm in Dublin 8 is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior advisors. This is a hands-on role in a professional, client-focused environment where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be assisting two Chartered Tax Advisors, helping to manage their client workload, with a focus on client service.
• Review, categorise, prioritise and distribute incoming client correspondence. Assist clients where possible, so that the query is dealt with at point of initial contact
• Ensure client files are progressing appropriately by liaising with the relevant individuals within the firm, with a focus on client service
• Answering the phone, directing queries to the relevant person, taking messages
• Diary management
• Assisting other staff
What You'll Do:
* Manage incoming client correspondence and calls, assisting where possible.
* Support two professionals with diary, inbox, and file management.
* Schedule meetings (onsite and via Zoom) and greet clients.
* Maintain case management records and ensure AML compliance.
* Provide day-to-day office support including document preparation, scanning, and filing.
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years' admin experience
in a professional office (legal, tax, or accountancy an advantage).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Professional, reliable, and client-service oriented.
