About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse practitioner to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to employees, including conducting physical examinations, providing medical care, and developing treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health nursing, with experience working in ambulatory care, family practice, or emergency department settings. A master's degree in science of nursing and current national certification are also required.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct fitness for duty and return to work physical exams as requested.
* Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
* Provide medically appropriate care to injured workers using evidence-based guidelines.
* Implement and monitor transitional duty programs for injured workers.
* Develop patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.

Requirements
* Maintains state RN licenses/certificates to practice.
* Maintains NP licenses/certificates to practice.
* Maintains State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable).
* Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
