Role Overview
The primary purpose of the Private Label Global Key Account Director is to drive profitable growth and lead strategic customer development across the Private Label portfolio. This role unifies Flexibles and Rigids businesses under a single customer strategy, ensuring margin protection, working capital discipline, and a strong long-term competitive position in the market.

Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute the European Private Label regional growth strategy in alignment with the Regional Commercial Leader.
Lead senior-level (“Top-to-Top”) customer relationships, negotiations, and long-term agreements.
Drive commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, ensuring unified customer strategy and avoiding channel conflict.
Protect margin through full cost recovery (raw materials, FX, labor) and disciplined pricing actions.
Manage working capital performance, including AR, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization.
Lead value engineering, productivity initiatives, and continuous profitability improvements.
Major Challenges
Sustaining margin performance amid volatile commodity pricing and foreign exchange movements.
Coordinating complex multi-site, cross-regional operations without direct reporting authority.
Navigating and resolving cross-division commercial conflicts.
Balancing aggressive growth goals with capital and working‑capital discipline.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
MBA preferred.
Experience
12–15+ years in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership.
Proven oversight of large portfolios ($75M–$150M+ revenue).
Experience managing multi-regional customer or business structures.
Cross‑division exposure in both Flexibles and Rigids packaging preferred.
