We have a permanent role for an HR Analyst in Dublin city, with a hybrid working model.
* Ownership and management of HR information systems, including monthly audits and analysis.
* Design and delivery of people-related reports and dashboards for regular and ad-hoc reporting.
* Data accuracy through assessments, troubleshooting, and escalation of HR data issues.
* Development of new reporting dashboards and tools to add value to the HR team and wider organisation.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience in a HR analytical role, with excellent prioritisation and organisational skills. They should also have strong written, verbal, numerical and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and MS teams.
Responsibilities include running and circulating monthly reports to the business, compiling monthly HR KPIs for the executive team, and leading projects aligned with the People strategy from inception to completion.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 4+ years experience in a HR analytical role.
* Ability to effectively prioritise and complete key tasks and deliverables with a high attention to detail.
* Organised approach to work.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and MS teams.
* Strong written, verbal, numerical and interpersonal skills.
