AA Euro Group has been retained by one of Ireland's largest Utility Contractors to recruit a Site Supervisor for the South East region. The role is based on the redevelopment and upgrade of existing Sub-stations and various projects across Counties in the South East region and is a permanent position with our client.
The Role:
* Managing the day-to-day activity on site.
* Coordination of site staff and sub-contractors.
* Making sure completion dates are met.
* Managing engineering staff and groundworks contractors.
* Ensuring standards on site and quality of works.
* Managing labour time sheets, supplier documents, and HSQE paperwork.
Requirements:
* Experience in similar types of projects.
* Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish.
* Working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
* Working knowledge and track record of managing utilities.
* Ability to work well with people at all levels and willingness to work in a team.
* Ability to lead, use initiative, and be self-motivated.
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.
