Investment Counsellor (French, Flemish or Dutch Speaker)
Our client, a leading global wealth manager, is currently seeking an
Investment Counsellor ("IC")
to join their Dublin based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client facing individual who is looking to grow their career within a global investment management firm. Fluency in French, Flemish or Dutch is essential.
The IC role is focused on managing relationships with high-net-worth clients in Belgium and The Netherlands. Your ability to understand clients' needs and educate them on the reasoning behind the portfolio changes will be crucial to maintaining long-lasting relationships. You will report to a Team Manager who will aid in your professional development.
The Job:
* Build long standing relationships with our clients, ensuring they always receive exceptional service
* Manage a book of high-net-worth relationships with approximately € million in assets
* Be the conduit between clients, Investment Policy Committee, research and trading departments
* Proactively update clients on portfolio changes, financial markets, current market strategy and investment philosophy
* Gain advanced finance and capital markets education through our training program
The Candidate:
* 5+ years exposure to private clients within the banking/wealth management industry
* QFA or working towards QFA preferred
* A sound knowledge of financial concepts, markets, current events and the market you will service your clients in
* The ability to connect with and educate a variety of audiences
* Able to maintain positivity and empathise with clients in good times and bad
* Fluency in French, Flemish or Dutch (& English)
