This is a key role in a busy office - the successful applicant will have excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills, will be able to work as part of a team and also on own initiative. Previous experience of / exposure to Sage, Big Red Cloud or other accounting software is required. Ability to remain calm under pressure is essential
The role will be to:
Provide excellent customer service, offering quotations as required; be able to communicate well with customers and suppliers; Build up rapport with customer base and engage in and support sales campaigns seasonally.
Ensure accurate paperwork and processing orders, from incoming order stage to despatch; ensure well organised record maintenance.
Use point-of-sale and stock software, accounts software as necessary.
Support record-keeping and compliance paperwork to facilitate smooth operations within business.
Work closely with management and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and timely procurement of requisite materials.
