We're growing our Front Office team and looking for a receptionist who loves people, takes pride in the details, and thrives in a busy, upbeat environment.

What you'll do
Welcome guests with genuine warmth; handle check-ins/outs smoothly
Manage calls, emails, and reservations, and direct queries to the right teams
Liaise with Housekeeping on room status and special requests
Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, local attractions, dining, and activities
Handle payments, issue invoices, and complete daily admin/handover tasks
What you'll bring
Front desk or strong customer service experience (hotel experience a plus)
Clear, confident communication and a guest-first mindset
Accuracy, organisation, and great attention to detail
Comfortable with hotel PMS (Hotsoft)/booking systems (training provided)
Flexibility to work early/late shifts, weekends, and public holidays
