We are seeking a talented Commercial Sales Executive to join our team and drive new business development across various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, retail, and commercial property. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and securing new B2B clients, managing a sales pipeline valued at €3M+, and closing deals ranging from €50k to €500k+.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and secure new B2B clients, focusing on mid-size to enterprise-level accounts
* Manage a sales pipeline valued at €3M+ annually
* Closedefals ranging from €50k to €500k+
Requirements:
* A proven record in B2B sales, generating €500k+ in annual revenue
* Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles
* Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and securing long-term agreements
What You'll Bring:
* A consultative sales approach backed by excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience in waste management, environmental services, or sustainability is a strong advantage
* Industry knowledge in construction, logistics, or facilities management is desirable
Benefits:
* Base salary: €40,000 - €45,000 (depending on experience)
