In partnership with our client, Glantech staffing are currently looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join their team. The successful Senior Engineer will be supporting the delivery of projects across all aspects of the business from a construction point of view. A strong ethos on health and safety, compliance, reporting, and documentation are essential qualities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provide regular updates for the PM and Snr Site Agents.
Provide support to Junior Engineers in Site Surveying and Setting Out.
Assist in controlling plant and materials on site.
Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standard.
Regularly complete the site diary and paperwork.
Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended.
Ensure Health and Safety is implemented throughout site.
Liaise with Clients / Consultancies when necessary.
The Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies:
Full clean driver’s license essential.
Experience in providing technical support to Junior Engineers.
Civils, drainage, or utilities (water, electricity) experience.
Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
Time management abilities to meet targets.
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
