As part of this exciting phase, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide high‑level support across both Finance and HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new Dublin‑based team at a pivotal stage and play a key role in shaping local operations and processes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational and communication skills, excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a background in financial administration or HR support within a corporate or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with financial administration including invoice processing, expense management, and budget tracking.
* Support finance reporting processes through data entry, document preparation, and reconciliation tasks.
* Prepare presentation materials, reports, and dashboards for management meetings.
* Assist with onboarding of new employees, including contract preparation and induction coordination.
* Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance files.
* Provide administrative support to the Dublin leadership team.
* Help implement office systems and processes for the new Dublin site.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
Key Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting finance and/or HR functions.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and regions.
* Experience working in a finance, professional services, or corporate environment preferred.
* Ability to work independently in a growing and fast‑paced office.
