Junior HR Business Partner | Healthcare | Dublin | Up to €55,000
I'm currently partnering with a large healthcare organisation to appoint a Junior HR Business Partner into their busy and collaborative People team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career and move into a true HRBP-style role within a fast-paced, highly people-focused environment.
The role would particularly suit someone coming from a healthcare, hospital, nursing home, care or wider regulated environment who enjoys operational HR and employee relations.
The Opportunity
You'll join an experienced HR team supporting a large and diverse workforce, partnering closely with managers across the organisation on a broad range of people matters.
The role offers strong exposure across:
Employee Relations & case management
Stakeholder partnering with managers
Performance management & absence management
HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Day-to-day operational HR support
You'll gain excellent exposure to complex HR issues while working alongside a supportive and experienced HR leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
Support and manage employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
Advise managers on HR policy and Irish employment legislation
Build strong relationships across the organisation
Support HR initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities
Assist with HR reporting and administration where required
Experience Required
3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist or junior HRBP-style role
Strong employee relations experience is essential
Ideally coming from healthcare, hospital, nursing home, care or another regulated environment
Strong understanding of Irish employment law
Comfortable operating in a busy, fast-paced environment
Hands‑on, approachable and eager to continue learning and developing
