Our client is a multinational and multicultural company which provides great career progression opportunities to the right person.Job Function:Deliver 'Excellence every day' to customersCommissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating all Equipment and Applications within the Business Portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesService & Commissioning:Provide a complete level of service to all customers on site to include, commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating all equipment and applications within the Business Portfolio.To deliver "ServiceExcellence" and alwaysensure customer satisfaction.Maintain all records and appropriate paperwork.Carry and maintainan up-to-date stock of spare parts and consumables in the Companyvehicle and maintainthis stock and equipment in good order.Participate in the On-Call EngineerRota.Proactively work with the Head of Industrial Field Service, communicating customer feedback, sales and trainingopportunities.Provide onsite briefings, tours, induction / training to customers and to colleagues.Comply with departmental changes improving operations of the Service Department.Provide telephone support as and when required.Review technical documentation and write technical reports accurately in English.Attend training courses when required and acquire a good working knowledge of the Company's Equipment and Applications.Health & Safety:Adhere to safety and health regulations and obligations.Ensure that all equipment and products are left in a safe manner.Adhere to site rules and participate in site inductions as and when required.Always represent the Company professionally on site and wear the company branded clothing and personal protective equipment supplied.Ad Hoc Duties:Provide coverage within the Industrial Service Team during periods of absence which may mean you having to travel to client sites within Ireland.Attending meetings and training events offsite which may require to be away from home overnight.Any other Ad Hoc duties as required.Requirements& Core CompetenciesQualified Electrician or equivalent trades qualification or qualified Mechanical EngineerExperience in servicing pharmaceutical sitesMEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)Several years' experience in field serviceRepresent company in a professional manner when dealing directly with customers/visiting customers' sitesTeam playerFlexibilityComprehensive remuneration package includes:Vehicle, equipment and full training will be providedCommission, OT payCompetitive pensionLife AssuranceHealth InsuranceCompany Share Participation Scheme20 days annual leave (increasing with every year up to 25 days)Annual leave buy/sell schemeTraining and developmentFlexible workingOpportunity to work and grow with a multinational company
