We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Leader to join our kitchen team. In this key role, you will be responsible for assisting the senior chefs in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and preparing menus that meet the agreed quality standards.
* Collaborate with senior chefs to improve menu choices and overall food quality.
* Anticipate dietary requirements and specific requests from guests, ensuring their needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
* Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
