We are seeking an organized and attentive Full Time Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our Welding Fabrication business based in Drogheda Co. Louth. The successful candidate will play a key role in office coordination, documentation management, and accounts administration, including the use of Xero accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to project managers and director.
* Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation.
* Prepare, issue, and track invoices, progress claims, and supplier payments.
* Perform accounts payable and receivable duties using Xero accounting software.
* Assist with payroll preparation.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal staff.
* Schedule meetings, site inductions, and maintain calendars.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
* Assist with reporting, data entry, and general office tasks as required.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
* Demonstrated ability to use Xero accounting software. (Essential)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
