Senior Chef / Sous Chef Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef/Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in Cork City Hospital. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen areas and personnel, ensuring the highest standards of menu preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
* Develop and implement new menu ideas to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
* Collaborate with Executive Chefs to coordinate roster scheduling, labour costs, and oversee staff performance.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience as a senior chef/sous chef in a large volume production kitchen.
2.
