Market Research & Strategy
* Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive developments
* Analyse client requirements to support targeted sales strategies
Sales Development & Revenue Generation
* Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
* Develop new business opportunities and nurture strategic partnerships
* Prepare persuasive proposals and client-facing presentations
Client Relationship Management
* Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Provide proactive support to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Partnership Development
* Develop strategic partnerships within the traffic and safety industries
* Collaborate with partners to broaden product and service offerings
Internal Collaboration
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure a coordinated approach to business development
* Provide market insights to inform product development and strategy
Candidate Profile
* Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* Proven track record in B2B business development or sales
* Knowledge of traffic management or safety-related products is advantageous
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Commercially astute with strong analytical abilities
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
