We, here at Search Talent Recruitment, have been retained by an outstanding financial services company in the wealth advisory space to the identify the top paraplanners and financial brokerage staff in the country to be part of a growing and reputable global financial services brokerage.

The basic salary is high and they're looking for someone like you with experience assisting financial planners in a brokerage environment who would be happy to consider a move with the following kind of brokerage:

* Salary: €40-55k based on experience.
* 3 days in office, 2 from home, but this is not a strict policy – flexible working.
* A Brokerage Currently attracting progressively more and more much sought after clientele and are continuously growing their pool of clients at the moment
* The opportunity to effectively shadow one of the most successful wealth advisors in the country, and to assist in delivering quality financial advice.
* People who have joined the brokerage have explained to me the liking for its not overly formal environment, not a "ties tight up to the neck" type of place, but at the same time, a huge amount of potential with the wealth advisory team to move up the ranks, with the potential to become an advisory yourself in the future if you so wish.
* People have joined this brokerage from other globally linked financial brokers across Ireland, praising it for its sheer wealth advisory expertise and quality of clients and care taken for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Financial Research: Conduct in-depth research on investment products, financial markets, and taxation regulations relevant to the Irish financial landscape.
* Data Analysis: Analyse and evaluate clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, investment portfolios, and goals.
* Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans for clients, considering their objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
* Report Preparation: Prepare detailed financial reports and statements, including cash flow projections, investment analysis, and retirement planning.
* Compliance: Ensure that all financial plans and recommendations comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, including those set by the Central Bank of Ireland.
* Client Communication: Collaborate with the Head of Financial Planning to present and explain financial plans to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial plans, and other relevant documentation.
* Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with industry software and tools, and use them effectively to support financial planning activities.
* Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to enhance your professional knowledge.
* Qualifications:
* QFA qualification preferable, or working towards it
* Understanding of the financial planning process
* Able to work within defined business processes
* Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
* Prioritise and plan own workload
* Detailed, accurate and articulate
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
* Good IT skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Good report writing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in financial planning software and tools (CashCalc preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
