Job Description:
We are seeking a graduate or junior candidate with a positive attitude to support our marketing and e-commerce activities in the FMCG wholesale sector.
The role reports directly to the Marketing & E-commerce Executive by delivering digital content, coordinating online campaigns, supporting social media and video content, and helping our trade customers get the best experience from our website and communications.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone eager to gain experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign coordination, and online retail operations.
The successful candidate must display a sense of creative flair, be proactive and display eagerness to learn.
It will be important to manage multiple tasks and deadlines by a collaborative approach and working across departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Upload and maintain product information, descriptions, images, and spec sheets on our website.
Coordinate online campaigns, including scheduling promotions, newsletters, and digital banners.
Design and create cycle brochures, flyers, and other print marketing materials, including ad-hoc projects (using Canva / Adobe).
Contribute to social media content creation, including graphics and short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Assist in responding to customer queries regarding online orders or website issues.
Work closely with suppliers, sales, and trade teams to support marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
Conduct product photoshoots for the website and other materials.
Support the Marketing & E-commerce Executive with daily tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
Interest in FMCG, food, or wholesale industries.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with Canva or basic Adobe design tools.
Interest in learning about digital marketing, e-commerce, campaign coordination, and multimedia content creation.

€31,000k per annum plus €2k annual KPI based on performance
Paid weekly each Thursday
