Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health and Safety Manager to lead our regional health and safety initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects across various sectors, with a strong focus on implementing and monitoring effective health and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic health and safety plans for allocated projects
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to promote a positive health and safety culture
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in safety regulations
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent
* Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety
* 10+ years' experience in health and safety management
* Mission Critical project experience preferred e.g. Pharma, Datacentre or Hi-Tech
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
