Senior Finance ManagerA fast-growing international software provider is seeking a Senior Finance Manager with strong payroll experience to join its finance leadership team. The organisation operates across a large multi-jurisdictional footprint and offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with genuine flexibility and long-term progression.This is a senior accounting role with responsibility for core financial operations, financial control and compliance across a complex group structure, alongside ownership of international payroll across multiple jurisdictions.Your Responsibilities:Overall ownership of international payroll across 18 plus jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full compliance with local tax and employment legislationAct as the senior finance escalation point for payroll providers, internal stakeholders and external advisorsEnsure payroll processes align with broader financial controls, reporting requirements and audit standardsLead core finance operations including accounts payable, fixed assets and transactional controls across 20 plus group entitiesManage daily group cash flow, liquidity monitoring and short to medium term cash flow forecastingSupport treasury activities including banking relationships and payment schedulingOwn the intercompany recharge process, ensuring accurate calculation, documentation and compliance with transfer pricing policiesOversee VAT compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including filings, reconciliations and liaison with external advisorsManage and coordinate audit activity within the remit of the role, responding to payroll, VAT, AP and cash related queriesOversee group insurance renewals in partnership with brokers and internal stakeholdersLead, develop and support finance team members within scope of the roleAct as a trusted finance partner to the wider business, contributing to process improvements, systems enhancements and global finance projectsYour Experience:Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with five years plus post qualification experienceSenior finance experience within a multinational or group environmentProven ownership of international payroll across multiple jurisdictionsStrong background across accounts payable, cash flow management and intercompany accountingSolid working knowledge of VAT in a multi entity, multi country settingExperience supporting audits and operating within strong financial control frameworksExcellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfident communicator, comfortable working across international teams and time zonesExperience in a fast paced, high growth international environmentFamiliarity with payroll providers, ERP systems and expense management platformsExposure to insurance renewals and broker managementBenefitsHealthcare planCompetitive pensionFlexible working arrangements including hybrid workingOption to work full time hours across four and a half daysEnhanced annual leave and additional company daysPaid family related leave and wellbeing supportsProfessional development and progression opportunitiesEmployee wellbeing and assistance programmesIf you're interested, contact Aaron Flanagan
