Production Coordinator
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production activities, optimizing logistics and resources, and maintaining data accuracy.
1. Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand, taking into account capacity, material availability, and inventory levels.
2. Coordinate production activities to ensure efficient workflow, effective resource allocation, and timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to track production progress, materials used, and product quality. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices throughout all operations.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to suggest process enhancements and implement changes that improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
